Please note that tourist tax is due in and around the Municipality of Milan for all non-residents staying in accommodation facilities in the area. Proceeds from occupancy tax are for tourist services and recovery and/or maintenance of the city’s cultural and environmental property. For our municipality (Pero), it amounts to 2.5 euros per person per day, and the tourist tax will be automatically added to your total and charged at the time of online payment. Please leave a copy of your identity card/passport at check-in in order to register on the Italian authority platform.
